摘要
江西洪屏抽水蓄能电站装机4台300MW的水泵水轮机—发电电动机机组。4台机组在启动调试期间进行的水泵断电试验中,机组均出现了较高转速的反转现象,这将引发剧烈的水力瞬变,威胁机组及其压力管道系统的安全运行。通过仿真计算确定了最优的导叶关闭速度,并通过增加快速关闭阀和修改相应控制逻辑对水泵方向的导叶关闭实现优化改造处理,结果使得机组反转转速明显变小,达到了优化处理的目的。
JiangXi Hongping pump storage hydropower plant was equipped with four pump turbine-generator motor units. The phenomena of high contrarotation speed happened in load rejection test in pump mode during four unit's start-up test period,which triggered a sharp hydraulic transient,so it was a menace to safe running of unit and the pressure piping system. The optimal closure speed of guide vane was figured out through simulation analysis. At last,the optimizing treatment for guide vane closing in pump mode was conducted through adding quick closing valve and modifying corresponding control logic. As a result,the contrarotation speed was decreased significantly. Therefore,the purpose of optimization was achieved.
