摘要
采用75%乙醇对鄂西清风藤进行提取,利用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱和重结晶等方法对提取物进行分离纯化,并通过理化性质与波谱数据并结合文献对化合物结构进行鉴定,且从该植物中首次分离出6个化合物:齐墩果烷-9(11),12-二烯3-酮(1)、β-谷甾醇(2)、邻苯二甲酸异丁酯(3)、茴芹苦素(4)、3-oxo-11α-methoxyolean-12-ene(5)、3-氧-■-齐墩果二烯(6)。同时采用MTT法检测了化合物对Con A肝损伤细胞存活率的影响,结果显示化合物3,5和6,具有一定的抗肝损伤活性。
        The branches of Sabia campanulata Wall. subsp. ritchieae were extracted with 75% ethanol,then separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography,recrystallization,and so on,based on bioassay-guided method,while their structures were identified by physical and chemical properties and spectral data combined with literature. Six compounds were isolated and identified from this plant for the first time: Oleanane-9( 11),12-diene-3-one( 1),β-sitosterol( 2),butyl isobutylphthalate( 3),Pimpinellin( 4),3-oxo-11α-methoxyolean-12-ene( 5),3-oxo-■-oleanene( 6),and MTT results showed that compounds 3,5 and 6 exerted certain liver protection activity.
