摘要
目的:建立20批南北地区黄芩药材的指纹图谱并测定其中有效成分黄芩苷、黄芩素、汉黄芩素的含量。方法:采用HPLC比较20批不同产地的黄芩药材的指纹图谱,并测定其中黄芩苷、黄芩素、汉黄芩素的含量。结果:20批药材中湖北十堰地区黄芩中黄芩苷含量最高,海南地区黄芩中黄芩素和汉黄芩素含量最高,且南北地区黄芩药材具有差异性。结论:该方法简便、专属性强、重现性好,可用于黄芩的质量控制。
        Objective: To establish the fingerprint of 20 batches of Huangqin(Scutellaria baicalensis) and to determine the content of its active ingredient(Baicalin, Baicalein and Hanbaicalein) by HPLC. Methods: The fingerprint of 20 batches of Huangqin(Scutellaria baicalensis) were compared by HPLC. The Baicalin, Baicalein and Hanbaicalein were identified. Results: The content of baicalin produced by Shiyan is highest in 20 batches of Huangqin(Scutellaria baicalensis) and the content of Baicalein and Hanbaicalein produced by Hainan is highest in 20 batches of herbs; there`s obvious differences between the origin in south and north area. Conclusion: The method is simple, with strong specificity and good reproducibility, and it can be used in the quality control of the Huangqin(Scutellaria baicalensis).
