摘要
目的:分析口腔综合治疗台手机动力不足故障发生原因,应用戴明循环(PDCA)管理工具,持续改进质量管理与维修管理模式。方法:利用根因分析找出口腔综合治疗台手机动力不足的原因,并根据"二八法则"确定主要原因;针对主要原因实施维修,并对照试验确定具体维修方式,以甘特图等措施渗透在PDCA各节点循环增进。结果:通过选择合适的维修方案,实施改进维修模式后半年内,口腔综合治疗台手机动力不足的例数从203例下降至4例,改进率达98%。结论:PDCA可帮助临床工程师在维修实践中实现从经验维修到科学维修的转变,具有一定应用价值。
Objective: To scientifically apply plan-do-check-act(PDCA), a management tool, so as to analyze the failure reason of dental unit and improve the mode of maintenance management. Methods: Through applied PDCA theory and utilized root cause analysis to find out the reason of power shortage of handpieces of dental unit. And according to 80-20 rule to confirm the main reason, and then implemented maintenance as above main reason. And the concrete maintenance mode was confirmed by referring experiment. Results: Through chose appropriate maintenance plan, the number of power shortage of handpieces have declined from 203 cases to 4 cases within half a year after implemented maintenance. And the improvement rate has achieved to 98%. Conclusion: The theory of PDCA can help engineer to realize transform from experienced maintenance to scientific maintenance in the practice of maintenance. Therefore, it has a certain application value.
