摘要
一直以来,思想政治工作都承担着我党各项工作开展的后勤保证责任,其对于我党的久盛不衰和我国的长治久安均有着不可轻视的作用。然而,现阶段的我国思想政治教育中,显著缺乏能够满足个性发展的可操作性内容,这将在很大程度上影响思想政治工作作用的发挥。而罗杰斯的人本主义教育思想所推崇的观点,即调动人的主观能动性,强调人格中的自我作用,以及倡导建立民主平等的师生关系和营造良好的教学心理氛围,能够非常完整地弥补这一缺陷。
        Ideological and political work has undertaken the responsibility of logistic guarantee of our Party's various work, which plays an indispensable role in the long-term prosperity of our Party and the long-term stability of our country. However, in the present stage of ideological and political education in China, there is a significant lack of operable content that can meet the needs of personality development, which will greatly affect the role of ideological and political work. Rogers' humanistic educational thought advocates mobilizing people's subjective initiative, emphasizing the self-role of personality, and advocating the establishment of democratic and equal teacher-student relationship and a good teaching psychological atmosphere, which can completely remedy this defect.
