泸州居民对寨卡病毒认知现状调查及干预策略研究

摘要
目的为了解泸州市居民对寨卡病毒的认知现状,研究影响居民认知现状的相关因素,为开展社区健康教育提出相应的对策和建议。方法利用自行设计的问卷随机抽取的泸州市农村或城市居住≥6个月的常住居民作为调查对象进行调查。结果在1397位调查对象中,80.4%的居民从未听说过寨卡病毒;在274位知晓寨卡病毒的泸州居民中,只有21.2%的居民对寨卡病毒相关知识知晓程度较高,通过电视、网络、讲座的方式了解寨卡病毒的比例分别为37.9%、21.0%、15.4%;仅有10.7%的调查对象知道卫生部门的蚊虫监测情况;只有20.5%的调查对象了解居住地开展的灭蚊行动情况。结论总体来说,泸州居民对寨卡病毒的整体知晓情况处于偏低水平,卫生部门应提高寨卡病毒相关知识的宣传力度,加强社区健康教育,提高居民防蚊灭蚊的意识和防治观念。
        Objective To investigate the cognitive status of Zika Virus in Luzhou, study the related factors influencing the residents' cognitive status, to carry out community health education put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions. Methods the survey was conducted by askingresident(living more than 6 months in rural or urban areas of Luzhou city) by the self-designed questionnaire. A multiplelogistic regression model was employed to explore the risk factorsof the cognitive status of Zika Virus. Results 80.4 % of the respondents(n=1,397) had never heard of the Zika Virus;among the respondents who know Zika Virus, only 21.2 % gain higher score. through television, network, lecture way to understand Zika Virus proportion is 37.9 %,21.0 % and 15.4 % respectively; Only 10.7 % of respondents knew about mosquito surveillance in the health sector;Only 20.5 percent of the respondents knew what the mosquito-killing activity was. Conclusion In general, the cognitive status of Zika Virus among Luzhou residents is at low levels, health authorities should enhance the publicity of Zika Virus related knowledge, strengthen community health education, improve the residents anti-mosquito consciousness and the concept of prevention and control.
