茵栀黄口服液联合布拉氏酵母菌散治疗新生儿黄疸的临床观察

摘要
目的:探讨茵栀黄口服液联合布拉氏酵母菌散对新生儿黄疸的治疗效果。方法:选择2016年6月—2017年5月医院儿科进行新生儿黄疸治疗的患儿130例作为研究对象,按照新生儿黄疸的治疗方法分为对照组和观察组,每组65例新生儿,对照组新生儿使用对照组新生儿使用蓝光照射加布拉氏酵母菌散进行治疗,观察组新生儿在对照组治疗方法的基础上,加用茵栀黄口服液,对比两组治疗效果。结果:对照组和观察组治疗前的转铁蛋白,乳酸脱氢酶,肌酸激酶,肌酸激酶同工酶,总胆汁酸,总胆红素和直接胆红素比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.259,0.179,0.014,0.968,0.139,0.125,0.211,P>0.05)。治疗后,两组新生儿的转铁蛋白均高于治疗前,乳酸脱氢酶,肌酸激酶,肌酸激酶同工酶,总胆汁酸,总胆红素和直接胆红素均低于治疗前,数据差异具有统计学意义(t=8.069,15.439,9.882,13.640,5.836,14.934,19.752,14.071,13.238,47.049,32.510,29.480,54.550,41.650,P<0.05),两组间比较,观察组的转铁蛋白高于对照组,乳酸脱氢酶,肌酸激酶,肌酸激酶同工酶,总胆汁酸,总胆红素和直接胆红素均低于对照组,数据差异具有统计学意义(t=6.929,4.612,7.226,7.867,16.696,42.066,37.776,P<0.05),对照组的治疗有效率为81.54%,观察组的治疗有效率为100.00%,两组治疗有效率比较差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=13.220,P<0.05),两个组别治疗效果分级的数据差异也具有统计学意义(z=8.271,P<0.05),观察组的治疗效果显著优于对照组。结论:利用布拉氏酵母菌辅助茵栀黄口服液治疗新生儿黄疸,可以显著降低黄疸的程度,使转铁蛋白,心肌酶谱和血清胆红素的指标明显改善,提升治疗的有效率,值得在临床范围内进行推广。
        Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid combined with Saccharomyces brucella powder on neonatal jaundice. Methods:Between June 2016 and May 2017, 130 children with neonatal jaundice were studied in the pediatric department of our hospital,according to the treatment of neonatal jaundice, were divided into the control group and the observation group, with 65 neonates in each group. The control group used blue light and Saccharomyces boulardii powder treatment. The newborns of the observation group additionally used Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid. We compared two groups' treatment effect. Result: There was no significant difference in transferrin, lactate dehydrogenase, creatine kinase, creatine kinase isoenzyme, total bile acid, total bilirubin or direct bilirubin before treatment in two groups(t=0.259, 0.179, 0.014, 0.968, 0.139, 0.125, 0.211, P>0.05). After treatment, the two groups' neonatal transferrin were higher;lactate dehydrogenase, creatine kinase, creatine kinase isoenzyme, total bile acid, total bilirubin and direct bilirubin were lower(t=8.069,15.439,9.882,13.640,5.836,14.934,19.752,14.071,13.238,47.049,32.510,29.480, 54.550,41.650, P<0.05) and the difference was statistically significant. Compared with the control group, lactate dehydrogenase, creatine kinase, creatine kinase isoenzyme, total bile acid, total bilirubin and direct bilirubin were lower in the observation group. The difference was statistically significant(t=6.929, 4.64, 7.226, 7.867, 16.696, 4.2066, 37.776, P<0.05). The effective rate of treatment was 81.54% in the control group and 100.00% in the observation group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ~2=13.220, P<0.05). The data of the two groups was statistically significant(z=8.271, P<0.05). The therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group. Conclusion:Using Saccharomyces boulardii assisted Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid in the treatment of neonatal jaundice can significantly reduce the degree of jaundice, significantly improve the transferrin, myocardial enzymes and serum bilirubin index and improve the treatment efficiency. It is worth promoting in the clinical range.
