摘要
针对电缆绝缘状态检测与评估的实际需求,基于等温松弛电流法设计了一种可用于电缆老化因子检测的系统。该系统由下位机和上位机组成,下位机主要包括微电流计和以STC89C52为主控芯片的控制单元,微电流计负责等温松弛电流的测量,控制单元负责系统在电缆加压极化、短路及等温松弛过程等工作状态间的自动切换;上位机基于Lab VIEW建立,可实现指令发送和数据采集、处理,并利用分峰拟合算法计算得到电缆老化因子。对系统性能进行测试,结果表明:该系统可以用于电缆老化因子状态的检测和电缆绝缘状态的评估。
        A system was designed for cable aging factor detection in order to meet the practical need of cable insulation detection and evaluation based on isothermal relaxation current method. The system consisted of upper computer and lower computer, the lower computer mainly included control unit and micro galvanometer. The micro galvanometer is responsible for the measurement of relaxation current. The control unit used STC89 C52 as main chip to control the automatic switching of system among polarization, short-circuit and isothermal relaxation process. The upper computer based on Lab VIEW, which can realize commands sending, data collection and processing, and calculate cable aging factor through peak fitting algorithm. The system performance was tested and the results show that the system can be applied to detect and evaluate the aging condition of cable.
