针对性护理干预对微创内固定治疗不稳定骨盆骨折患者的护理效果

摘要
目的探讨针对性护理干预对微创内固定治疗不稳定骨盆骨折患者的护理效果。方法将我院收治的86例不稳定骨盆骨折的患者按照护理方式的不同分为对照组(43例)与观察组(43例)。比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组的护理总有效率高于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的SAS及VAS评分均显著降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理干预在微创内固定治疗不稳定骨盆骨折患者中的效果显著,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the nursing effect of targeted nursing intervention on patients with unstable pelvic fracture treated by minimally invasive internal fixation. Methods Eighty-six patients with unstable pelvic fracture admitted in our hospital were divided into control group(43 cases) and observation group(43 cases) according to different nursing methods. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the total incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P <0.05). After nursing, the SAS and VAS scores of the two groups reduced significantly, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Targeted nursing intervention on patients with unstable pelvic fracture treated by minimally invasive internal fixation has significant effect, which is worth promoting.
