虚拟导航联合超声造影在定位肝局灶性病变中的应用

摘要
目的探讨常规超声造影检查及虚拟导航联合超声造影检查在肝局灶性病变精准定位的诊断效能。方法回顾分析本院经增强CT/MRI及病理活组织检查确诊为肝癌的患者56例,分别行常规超声造影检查及虚拟导航联合超声造影检查,计算两种方法的检出率。结果常规超声造影定位肝局灶性病变42例,检出率为75%,虚拟导航联合超声造影定位肝局灶性病变51例,检出率为92.7%。虚拟导航联合超声造影对肝局灶性病变的定位正确率高于常规超声造影,两者比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论虚拟导航联合超声造影在肝局灶性病变的定位中具有一定的临床价值,为后续治疗提供了技术支持。
        Objective To investigate the diagnostic efficacy of conventional contrast-enhanced ultrasonography and virtual navigation combined with contrast-enhanced ultrasonography in the accurate localization of focal liver lesions. Methods A retrospective analysis of 56 patients with liver cancer confirmed by enhanced CT/MRI and pathological biopsy was performed. Routine contrast-enhanced ultrasonography and virtual navigation combined with contrast-enhanced ultrasonography were performed to calculate the detection rate of the two methods. Results 42 cases of focal hepatic lesions were localized by contrast-enhanced ultrasonography. The detection rate was 75%. Virtual navigation combined with contrast-enhanced ultrasound was used to locate 51 cases of focal liver lesions. The detection rate was 92.7%. Virtual navigation combined with contrast-enhanced ultrasonography was more accurate than conventional contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the diagnosis of focal liver lesions. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Virtual navigation combined with contrast-enhanced ultrasound has certain clinical value in the localization of focal liver lesions, providing technical support for follow-up treatment.
