托妮·莫里森小说《宠儿》的生态批评主义解读

摘要
生态批评主义旨在探讨文学与自然的关系。在托妮·莫里森的长篇小说《宠儿》中,莫里森通过对人类与自然之间的关系的挖掘,揭露白人强烈的工具主义理念和控制自然的强烈欲望,展现黑人对自然的淳朴的爱。自然是黑人快乐和希望的源泉,但是在白人统治的世界中,却成为了白人压迫黑人的工具。这种分化对于黑人来说,是痛苦和难以承受的。莫里森的生态主义思想,最终将这种分化弥合,使得黑人重回本真的自然。
Eco-criticism aims to explore the relationship between literature and nature. In Toni Morrison's novel Beloved,Morrison,through the excavation of the relationship between man and nature,reveals the strong sense of instrumentalism and the strong desire to control nature,showing the blacks' love of nature. Nature is the source of the blacks' happiness and hope. However,in the world of white domination,it has become a tool the white oppress the black. This differentiation is painful and unbearable for blacks. Morrison's ecologicalist ideology eventually bridges this division,making the blacks get back to the true nature.
