内镜下注射药物法联合内镜下钛夹止血法治疗消化性溃疡出血的效果

摘要
目的探讨内镜下注射药物法联合内镜下钛夹止血法治疗消化性溃疡出血的效果。方法选取我院从2017年3月～2018年2月收治的100例消化性溃疡出血患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例,对照组给予内镜下注射药物治疗,观察组在此基础上联合使用内镜下钛夹止血法。观察比较两组的临床疗效、止血情况以及并发症的出现率。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为96%,显著高于对照组的74%(P <0.05);观察组止血情况明显优于对照组(P <0.05),且并发症出现率为2%,明显低于对照组的14%(P <0.05)。结论在治疗消化性溃疡出血时采用内镜下注射药物法联合内镜下钛夹止血法具有良好的疗效,且能有效减少并发症的出现,安全性较高,因此值得临床的广泛应用。
Objective To explore the effect of endoscopic drug injection combined with endoscopic titanium clipping hemostasis in treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding. Methods 100 patients with peptic ulcer bleeding who were admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2017 to February 2018 were selected and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given endoscopic drug injectionwhile the observation group was givenendoscopic titanium clipping hemostasis at basis of the control group. The clinical curative effect,hemostasis and the incidence of complication of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96%, significantly higher than that of the control group 74%(P < 0.05).The hemostasis in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2%, significantly lower than that of the control group 14%(P < 0.05). Conclusion Endoscopic drug injection combined with endoscopic titanium clipping hemostasis in treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding has good curative effect and it can effectively reduce the occurrence of complications. In addition, it has high safety. Therefore, it is worthy of wide applicationin clinical practice.
