城市居住小区开敞度空间分异研究——以大连市沙河口区为例

摘要
为探究空间布局对小区内的居住环境和视觉感受的影响,本文以大连市沙河口区UDEM和遥感影像为基础数据,以"D/H"距离指标表现空间感知,用更加直观和简易可行的方法对居住小区的空间开敞程度做出测算和比较,同时对计算结果进行空间自相关分析,发现:(1)开敞度较低的小区主要分布于沙河口区的东部和南部,开敞度较高的小区主要分布于沙河口区的中部和北部;(2)"高—高"集聚区主要在北部绿香花园以及中部的明阳花园小区附近分布,"低—低"集聚区主要在东部的集贤街附近和民兴花园附近分布。
        Spatial layout has a significant impact on dwelling environment and visual sense within the resident quarter. In this study the UDEM and remote sensing imageof Shahekou District are taken as basic data, a "D/H" parameter are used to represent spatial sense and a more feasible and directly measure is implemented to computeas well as to compare the spatial openness of residential quarter, meanwhile the autocorrelation method to explore the distribution pattern of spatial openness finds that:(1) Residential quarter with low spatial openness mainly distributed in east and south part of the district, while those with high spatial openness mainly distributed in middle and north part of the district.(2) High-high cluster concentrated around Lvxiang Garden in north and Mingyang Garden in middle area, whereas Low-low cluster concentrated around Jixian Street and Minxing Garden in east.
