摘要
利用PLC控制技术、步进驱动技术对机械操控系统电气化改装,通过控制逻辑分析,设计PLC控制程序。运用人机界面显示压路机控制状态和参数设定,方便操作人员对压路机状态的监视。通过PLC和PC端的无线通信,实现无人驾驶及远程遥控设计。
PLC control technology and stepper drive technology were used for the electrified modification of the mechanical control system,and PLC control program was designed by controlling logic analysis. Meanwhile,the human-machine interface was used to display the control state and parameter setting of the roller,so as to realize the state monitoring of the roller by the operator. The design of unmanned drive and remote control was achieved through the wireless communication between PLC and PC terminals.
