摘要
目的探讨尿微量清蛋白(U-mAlb)在乙型肝炎病毒相关性肾炎(HBV-GN)早期诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2016年3月~2018年2月肇庆市第二人民医院病理确诊为HBV-GN的51例患者为观察A组,HBV感染无肾损害患者45例为观察B组,同时选取HBV标志物阴性健康体检者50例为对照组,分别检测三组的U-mAlb、血肌酐(SCr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)水平,并进行统计学比较。结果观察A组的U-mAlb、β2-MG、SCr、BUN水平及U-mAlb阳性率明显高于观察B组、对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察A组的UmAlb阳性率明显高于同组内β2-MG、SCr、BUN,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 U-mAlb可用作HBV-GN早期诊断的一种有效无创指标,在临床诊断中有较大的应用价值。
        Objective To discuss the application value of urinary microalbumin(U-mAlb) in early diagnosis of hepatitis B virus associated glomerulonephritis(HBV-GN). Methods From March 2016 to February 2018, 51 patients with HBV-GN diagnosed by pathology in the Second People′s Hospital of Zhaoqing City were selected as the observation group A. Forty-five patients with HBV infection without kidney damage were the observation group B, and 50 healthy people with negative HBV markers were selected as the control group. The levels of U-mAlb, serum creatinine(SCr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN), and β2-microglobulin(β2-MG) were detected in the three groups, and compared statistically. Results The levels of U-mAlb, β2-MG, SCr, BUN and the positive rate of U-mAlb in the observation group A were significantly higher than those in the observation group B and control group, and the differences were statistical significant(P<0.05). The positive rate of U-mAlb in the observation group A was significantly higher than of β2-MG, SCr,BUN in the same group(P<0.05). Conclusion U-mAlb can be used as an effective non-invasive marker for early diagnosis of HBV-GN, and has a great application value in clinical diagnosis.
