摘要
目的探讨急性缺血性脑卒中患者血清中神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、酸性钙结合蛋白(S-100β)、D-二聚体(D-D)水平与其病情严重程度及结局的关系。方法选取169例急性缺血性脑卒中患者作为观察组,另选取同期100例健康体检者作为对照组,比较两组血清中NSE、S-100β、D-D水平,并比较观察组不同出院结局患者血清中NSE、S-100β及D-D水平。结果观察组血清中NSE、S-100β及D-D水平均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良组患者血清中NSE为(35.08±9.11)μg/L、S-100β为(2.27±0.61)μg/L及D-D为(2.57±0.46)mg/L,均明显高于良好组的(22.74±5.36)μg/L、(1.96±0.52)μg/L及(1.20±0.09)mg/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清中NSE、S-100β、D-D水平与急性缺血性脑卒中病情严重程度及结局存在关联,检测三者水平有助于病情评估和结局判断,对临床治疗有积极意义。
        Objective To discuss the relationship between serum levels of neuron-specific enolase(NSE),S100 calcium binding protein β(S-100β), D-D and severity and outcome of acute ischemic stroke. Methods There were 169 acute ischemic stroke patients as observation group, and another concurrent 100 health examinees as control group. The serum levels of NSE, S-100β and D-D in the two groups were compared, and the serum levels of NSE, S-100β and D-D in patients with different discharge outcomes in the observation group were compared. Results The observation group had obviously higher serum NSE, S-100β and D-D level than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Poor group had obviously higher serum NSE as(35.08±9.11) μg/L, S-100β as(2.27±0.61) μg/L and D-D as(2.57±0.46) mg/L than(22.74±5.36) μg/L,(1.96±0.52) μg/L and(1.20±0.09) mg/L in good group, and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of NSE, S-100β and D-D in serum are correlated with the severity and outcome of acute ischemic stroke. Detection of the levels of NSE, S-100β and D-D is helpful to the assessment of the condition and judgment of the outcome, and has positive significance for clinical treatment.
