摘要
以琯溪蜜柚为试材,开展了花粉离体培养试验,探讨培养基组分及形态对琯溪蜜柚花粉萌发的影响。试验结果表明,琯溪蜜柚花粉在15%蔗糖+0.1%硼酸+1%琼脂的固体培养基条件下发芽率最高,为68.9%。优化的培养基组合利于花粉活力的测定,以期为琯溪蜜柚进行人工授粉杂交出特定性状的目标品种奠定基础。
        In this paper, in vitro culture of pollen f rom pomelo cv. ‘ Guanximiyou' was carried out to study effects of medium components and types on its pollen germination. The results showed that the highest pollen germination rate reached 68.9% when it was cultured on solid medium containing 15% sucrose, 0.1% boric acid and 1% agar. The optimized medium was helpful in measurement of pollen viability. It could provide a basis for obtaining varieties with special characters bred by cross breeding through manual pollination.
