Objective: To explore the effects of different forms of mirror visual feedback on the posture control of children with ASD. Methods:Eight boys with ASD participated in this study using Wii Balance Board with customized software to measure postural ways under conditions designed to enhance or modify visual and proprioception input. Two-factor analysis of covariance was used to analyze the differences between the index in each group, and the test level α=0.05. Result: visual and proprioception do not interact. Pairwise comparison showed that the mirror visual condition was significantly different from the normal visual condition and projection mirror condition in the COP_v_ap index(P<0.05). The modified proprioceptive condition was significantly different between the COP_v_ml index and the normal proprioceptive condition(P<0.05). Conclusion: Mirror-based mirror feedback reduces postural control in children with autism. Screen-based mirror feedback is superior to mirror-based mirror feedback when providing visual information for children with autism.
