摘要
采用氙灯人工加速老化和自然日光气候老化对涂有罩面漆和未涂罩面漆的水性多彩仿石涂料进行了老化处理。通过体视显微镜、傅里叶红外光谱(ATR-FTIR)、热重(TG)、台式分光测色仪、接触角测量仪和光泽度仪等表征仪器,对经过不同老化时间的涂层表面结构变化、耐水性变化和色差变化进行研究。结果表明:罩面漆能增加涂料的抗开裂能力,涂料开裂方式以产生裂纹为主,无罩面漆以表面剥落为主。对裂纹相似的老化板子进行ATR-FTIR图谱分析,表明罩面漆为硅丙树脂,45°暴露的漆板经过自然气候老化,降解的最快,其次是氙灯老化。自然气候老化对接触角、光泽度、色差的影响要高于氙灯老化。
        Waterborne multicolor stone-like coatings with finishes and no finishes were aging by Xenon lamp aging box and natural weathering. The changes of coating surface structure, water-resistance and ΔE were studied by Stereomicroscope, ATR-FTIR, TG, Table spectrophotometer. The results showed that top coating could increase the anti-cracking ability of waterborne multicolor stone-like coatings. The cracking mode of coating with top coating were cracks and the surface without top coating fall off. The ATR-FTIR showed that the top coating was silicone acrylate resin. the peaks showed that the coating degradation most serious was natural weathering with 45° angle on the ground, then was Xenon lamp aging. The effects of natural weathering on the contact angle, glossiness and color difference were more than that of xenon lamp aging.
