摘要
通过搜集2001—2016年间发生的重特大煤矿事故案例,分析煤矿事故直接致因及间接致因,选取群体压力、管理者态度、设备设施、复杂环境、组织管理等5个影响因素,运用结构方程模型(SEM)明晰煤矿员工不安全行为与各影响因素之间的关联系数,计算各潜在变量间的直接效应值、间接效应值及总效应值,甄别对煤矿员工不安全行为作用效应值最大的影响指标。研究结果表明,在多种因素共同耦合作用下,设备设施对煤矿员工不安全行为的影响最大,群体压力是首要外因。因此,煤矿企业亟待强化员工抗压能力,减少甚至遏制客观因素对煤矿员工不安全行为的影响。
        By collecting the cases of heavy coal mine accidents occurred from 2001 to 2016,the direct and indirect causes of coal mine accidents were analyzed. Five influencing factors,including group pressure,manager attitude,equipments and facilities,complex environment and organizational management,were selected to clarify the correlation coefficient between unsafe behaviors of coal mine employees and various influencing factors by using structural equation model( SEM). Direct effect value,indirect effect value and total effect value of each potential variable were calculated to identify the index that with the largest effect on unsafe behavior of coal mine employees. The research shows that under the coupling effect of various factors,the equipments and facilities have the greatest influence on the unsafe behavior of coal miners,and group pressure is the primary external cause. Therefore,it is urgent for coal mine enterprises to strengthen the anti-pressure ability of employees and reduce or even curb the influence of objective factors on the unsafe behaviors of coal mine employees.
