摘要
研究生职业生涯规划教育影响研究生人才培养质量的好坏和就业质量的高低。但目前高等院校忽略研究生群体的分类研究、忽视不同学位类型研究生的个性需求、缺乏对女研究生针对性教育,导致研究生职业生涯规划教育的实际效果甚微。从女研究生对职业生涯规划的认知与评价、对自我的探索与认知、对职业世界的探索与认知开展职业生涯规划调研分析发现,学术学位与专业学位女研究生的职业生涯规划存在较大差异,学术学位女研究生职业生涯目标不清晰、自我认知能力不足、对职业世界探索有限、就业自信心和就业能力不足。专业学位女研究生择业观念没有学术学位女研究生理性。因此,在人才培养框架下,女研究生职业规划教育应该采取思想政治教育和专业教育相融合的职业生涯规划教育。根据学术学位女研究生和专业学位女研究生培养目标和培养内容的差异,分别构建研究生职业生涯规划教育T字和I字结构,有针对性地开展职业生涯规划教育,以满足不同学位类型女研究生对职业生涯规划教育的多样化需求。
        The postgraduate career planning education affects the quality of postgraduate cultivation and employment.Some colleges and universities, however, pay no attention to the study of the classification of postgraduate groups,neglect the fact that postgraduates studying for different degrees have their individual needs, and lack of targeted education for female postgraduates, thus producing a poor real effect of their career planning education. A survey and analysis of the career planning education of female graduate students was made in the aspects of female graduates' understanding, evaluation and exploration of career planning, themselves and work world and result shows that a great difference exists between female graduates studying for a professional degree and those doing for an academic degree in career planning: female graduates studying for an academic degree have not a clear goal of career, lack of sufficient self-awareness ability, explore little for the world of work, and have neither sufficient confidence of themselves nor ability of employment; and female graduates studying for a professional degree lack of a rational concept on employment compared with those doing for an academic degree.The career planning education of female graduate students should be carried out by the integration of ideological and political education with specialty education in the perspective of talent cultivation. T-shaped and I-shaped modes of career planning education of postgraduates should be constructed respectively based on the differences between female graduates studying for an academic degree and those doing for a professional degree in the cultivation of goal and content so as to carry out targeted career planning education of female postgraduates and thus meet the individualized needs of female graduates studying for different degrees for career planning education.
