摘要

介绍李琦教授对大肠癌病因病机的认识,基于病证结合模式的6种基础分型包括脾虚湿热、阴虚血热、肝肾亏虚、湿热蕴结、脾肾阳虚、瘀毒内阻的论治,从三方面探析其中医药方法论治大肠癌的特点,并附以典型案例。
Introducing professor LIi Qi' s understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of colorectal cancer,the treatment of 6 basic types based on mode of combination of disease and syndrome,including spleen deficiency and dampness heat,Yin deficiency and blood heat,Liyer and kidney deficiency,damp-heat accumulation,Yang-deficiency of spleen and kidney,blood stasis and toxin. Analyzing his treatment characteristics of colorectal cancer with traditional Chinese medicine method from three aspects,and with typical cases.
