神曲消食口服液联合推拿疗法治疗小儿厌食脾失健运证的临床疗效

摘要
目的:观察神曲消食口服液联合推拿治疗小儿厌食脾失健运证的疗效。方法:将60例小儿厌食脾失健运证患儿随机分为推拿组与推药组各30例,推拿组给予推拿疗法,推药组给予推拿疗法及神曲消食口服液口服,疗程2周。结果:推药组患儿痊愈率66.67%,推拿组痊愈率40.00%,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。推药组患儿治疗后中医主症积分及总积分情况显著低于推拿组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:神曲消食口服液联合推拿疗法治疗小儿厌食脾失健运证临床疗效良好。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Shenqu Xiaoshi oral liquid plus infantile massage on the treatment of infantile anorexia with dysfunction of the spleen in transportation. Methods: Sixty cases of infantile anorexia with dysfunction of the spleen in transportation were equally randomized into massage group and massage plus Chinese medicine group. The massage group was treated with infantile massage, while the massage plus Chinese medicine group was treated with infantile massage plus Shenqu Xiaoshi oral liquid. All patients were treated for 2 weeks. Results: After treatment, the cure rate of the massage plus Chinese medicine group was significantly higher than that of the massage group(66.67% vs 40.00%, P < 0.05). The main syndrome score and total score of traditional Chinese medicine were significantly lower in the massage plus Chinese medicine group than in the massage group(both P < 0.05). Conclusion: Shenqu Xiaoshi oral liquid plus infantile massage has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of infantile anorexia with dysfunction of the spleen in transportation.
