摘要
目的了解2016-2017年陕西省生面制品、馒头、面包饼干、玉米油、其他种类食用植物油5大类食品中玉米赤霉烯酮的污染状况,为食品安全监督部门提供依据。方法根据《2016年国家食品污染物和有害因素风险监测工作手册》中玉米赤霉烯酮的检测方法对所有样品进行检测。结果本次共监测346份样品,包括生面制品76份、馒头76份、面包饼干66份、玉米油99份、其他种类食用植物油29份。其中生面制品、馒头、焙烤食品均未检出,玉米油中检出情况比较普遍,其他种类食用植物油中部分有检出。2017年玉米油中玉米赤霉烯酮的检出量为(70. 5±0. 814)μg/kg,2016年的检出量为(214. 0±3. 11)μg/kg,2017年玉米油中玉米赤霉烯酮检出量较2016年明显偏低。结论玉米油中玉米赤霉烯酮检出情况比较普遍,但是2017年较2016年大幅下降,望监管部门能够加大力度,进一步降低玉米油中玉米赤霉烯酮含量。
        Objective To investigate the contamination of zearalenone in five major categories of food such as raw flour products,taro,bread cookie,corn oil and other edible vegetable oil,and to provide a basis for the food safety supervision department. Methods All samples were tested according to the method of detection of zearalenone in the 2016 National Food Contaminants and Hazardous Factors Risk Monitoring Workbook. Results A total of 346 samples were detected including 76 raw flour products,76 taro,66 bread cookies,99 corn oil and 29 other edible vegetable oil. Among them,raw flour products,taro and baked goods were not detected,and the detection of corn oil was more common. Some of the other types of edible vegetable oil were detected. The amount of zearalenone in corn oil in 2017 was( 70. 5 ± 0. 814) μg/kg,and the amount detected in 2016 was( 214. 0 ± 3. 11) μg/kg. The amount of zearalenone detected in corn oil in 2017 was significantly lower than that in2016. Conclusion The detection of zearalenone in corn oil was more common,which was lower in 2017 than in 2016. It is hoped that the regulatory authorities will increase efforts to further reduce the content of zearalenone in corn oil.
