摘要
选取10项代表生产投入、经济产出的技术经济指标,基于熵值法、聚类分析、DEA模型,对1998~2014年间每五年我国31个省份建筑业发展水平及变动趋势进行分析。结果表明:从东到西,建筑业发展呈现由快到慢的梯次分布,结合熵增定律可知,东西部建筑业发展水平差距正在加速增大;通过DEA调整排名,发现除两极地区外,中间省份排名波动较大。据此提出应调整地区产业结构、完善市场机制建议,努力实现区域建筑业均衡发展。
        This paper selects 10 technical and economic indicators representing production inputs and economic output. Based on entropy method,cluster analysis,DEA model,analyzes the development level and change trend of construction industry every five years from 1998-2014 in 31 provinces. The result shows that,from east to west,the development of the construction industry is from fast to slow echelon distribution. Combined with the entropy law,it shows that gap between the development level of the East and West construction industry is accelerating increasing. By adjusting the rankings through DEA,finds that except for the two polar regions,the middle provinces have a greater volatility. Accordingly,proposes measures of adjusting the regional industrial structure,improving the market mechanism,and striving to achieve the balanced development of regional construction industry.
