糖尿病合并脑梗死患者自杀意念现状及与家庭功能和自我感受负担的相关性研究

摘要
目的调查糖尿病合并脑梗死患者自杀意念现状,并探讨其与家庭功能和自我感受负担的相关性。方法选取145例糖尿病合并脑梗死患者为研究对象,采用家庭功能评定量表、自我感受负担量表、自杀意念量表对其进行评价,分析自杀意念与家庭功能和自我感受负担的相关性。结果本组病例中18例患者(12.41%)有自杀意念;有自杀意念的患者家庭功能评定量表各分量表得分及总得分均高于无自杀意念者(均P <0.05);有自杀意念者的自我感受负担量表各维度得分及总得分均高于无自杀意念者(均P <0.05);糖尿病合并脑梗死患者自杀意念与家庭功能评定量表得分和自我感受负担量表得分呈正相关(P <0.05)。结论糖尿病合并脑梗死患者存在一定的自杀意念,且自杀意念与患者家庭功能得分和自我感受负担得分呈正相关。
