干河煤矿煤柱及不规则块段开采设计

摘要
针对干河矿煤柱及不规则块段赋存现状,提出了干河矿连续采煤机短壁开采工艺方案。为成功实施不规则块段开采,提出了2种设备配套方案:一是配备一套连采系统进行不规则块段回采;二是利用原有设备掘进机,进行旺采中巷道掘进工作,连续采煤机进行煤柱回收。经过方案比较,认为方案2连续采煤机配掘进机的设备配套方案为最佳方案,既有短壁开采的特点,也发挥出已有设备的价值。短壁开采在干河煤矿的成功应用,可以用来指导类似矿地质条件的矿区使用连续采煤机进行短壁开采。
        According to present situation of coal pillar and irregular block in Ganhe coal mine, the continuous miner short-wall mining technology scheme in Ganhe coal mine is put forward. For the successful implementation of irregular block mining, two kinds of equipment supporting schemes are put forward: the first is equipped with a set of continuous mining system for irregular block coal pillar mining; the second is the use of the original equipment roadheaders for roadway tunneling of Wongawilli coal mining face and recovery of the coal pillar. Through the scheme comparison, the second is considered that the equipment matching scheme of the contionous miner equipped with roadheaders as the best scheme, it has both the characteristics of short-wall mining and the value of existing equipment. The successful application of short-wall mining in Ganhe coal mine will guide the areas which are similar to the geological conditions of mining area for short-wall mining on the miner.
