河北省各设区市创新能力特征研究

摘要
在京津冀协同发展背景下,利用创新能力评价体系对河北省各设区市2013-2016年创新能力进行了评价和分析,剖析了各设区市在创新综合能力、创新基础、创新环境、创新投入、创新产出等指标上的优/劣势。通过对创新能力现状和提升速度两个维度进行分析,认为石家庄是河北省创新能力提升的领军区域,保定、唐山、沧州、廊坊、邯郸是河北省创新能力提升的重要区域,邢台、衡水创新能力具有较强提升潜力。
Under the background of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development,this paper evaluated and analyzed the innovation capability of cities in Hebei Province from 2013 to 2016 by the evaluation system,and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of indexes such as comprehensive capacity of innovation,innovation foundation,innovation environment,innovation input and innovation output etc.By analyzing the improvement speed of innovation and the present innovation capability,the results showed that Shijiazhuang becomes the leader in improving innovation capacity.Baoding,Tangshan,Cangzhou,Langfang and Handan become the new forces.The innovation capacity of Xingtai and Hengshui has strong potential to be improved.
