摘要
医院绩效管理是现代医院管理的重点和核心内容,是助力医院发展、实现医院总体战略的有效管理方式。以北京市某大型三甲医院为例,通过分析PDCA与绩效管理流程之间的关系,介绍了将PDCA引入医院绩效管理,从绩效计划、绩效实施、绩效考评、绩效反馈及改进4个阶段开展工作的具体实践,在此基础上总结了医院取得的成效,并对加强医院绩效管理工作提出了有关建议。
        Hospital performance management is the core content of modern hospital management. It is an effective management way to help hospital developing and realizing the overall strategy of hospital. Taking a large tertiary hospital in Beijing as an example, this paper analyzes the relationship between PDCA circulation method and performance management process, and introduce the concrete practice of introducing PDCA circulation method into hospital performance management in aspects of performance planning, performance implementation, performance evaluation, performance feedback and improvement. Effectiveness and suggestions are also discussed.
