摘要
为了减小有限转角电机在宽转角范围内的转矩波动并保证高转矩输出要求,提出一种单相无刷有槽有限转角电机。针对该有限转角电机的矩角特性和齿槽转矩引起的转矩波动,分析极槽配合、定子斜槽以及变磁钢结构对电机转矩性能的影响。最后对该有限转角电机进行优化设计,将优化后的样机实验结果与仿真结果进行比较,验证了分析结果的正确性。
        A single phase brushless slotted limited-angle torque motor(LATM) was proposed to reduce torque ripple over a wide operation range of angles and increase output torque.Focusing on the torque characteristic of LATM and the torque ripple caused by cogging torque,the torque performance was compared with different pole and slot configuration,stator skew,and permanent magnet structure.The optimum LATM was designed to improve the torque performance according to the research.Finally,experiment was carried out in the optimized prototype,and the simulations agreed well with the measured results.
