滑液炎症因子IL-15、IL-17、IL-18的表达对髁突骨质缺损的诊断意义

摘要
目的研究炎症因子白介素15(interlukin-15,IL-15)、白介素17(interlukin-17,IL-17)、白介素18(interlukin-18,IL-18)在伴髁突骨质破坏的骨关节病患者与不伴髁突骨质破坏的结构紊乱病患者滑液中的表达差异及临床意义。方法收集新疆医科大学第一附属医院颞下颌关节门诊诊断为伴髁突骨质破坏的骨关节病患者与不伴髁突骨质破坏的结构紊乱病患者共2组,每组30例,关节腔盥洗术收集滑液,采用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)检测2组患者上述炎症因子的表达情况,使用SPSS20.0软件行数据整理,两独立样本t检验统计学分析。结果 IL-17、IL-18高表达于伴髁突骨质缺损的骨关节病滑液组(P<0.05),IL-15少量表达于2组关节液,表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高浓度的IL-17、IL-18表达于骨关节病滑液中,对髁突骨质缺损具有诊断意义。
        Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of inflammatory factors IL-15, IL-17 and IL-18 in synovial fluid of temporomandibular joint osteoarthritis(TMJOA)patients with condylar destruction and internal derangement(TMJID) patients without condylar destruction. Methods The samples were collected from the Temporomandibular Joint Clinic at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University and separated into TMJOA group with condylar defect and TMJID group without condylar defect. Synovial fluid was collected by intra-articular sodium hyaluronate injection and lavage. The expression of inflammatory factors was detected by ELISA. SPSS20.0 software package and two independent samples t test were used for statistical analysis. Results The level of IL-17,IL-18 were higher than TMJID(P<0.05). The level of IL-15 was low in two groups(P>0.05). Conclusions A high level concentration of IL-17,IL-18 is of great significance to diagnose condylar defect in TMJOA specifically.
