摘要

实现经济快速增长离不开与之相适应的大批优秀职业技术人才。改革开放以来,我国职业教育虽然得到政府高度重视,取得了较大发展,但是其发展速度仍然十分缓慢。因此,从利益相关视角出发,运用博弈论及实证检验的研究方法,探讨政府发展职业教育政策制定与实施的制约因素,为我国政府发展职业教育提出四维一体的长效机制构建建议,以期有利于我国职业教育的健康发展。
        Economic development can not be achieved without the vocational technical talents. Since the reform and opening up, although attaches considerable attention vocational education, its developing speed is still slow. From the stakeholder perspective, this paper discusses the elements limiting vocational education development in policy-making, by using methodologies of game theory and empirical tests. At last, Fourdimensioned strategy for long-effect mechanism of vocational education development are proposed hoping to promote a sustainable rapid and sound development of vocational education in China.
