摘要
目的建立吹扫捕集–气相色谱–质谱(GC/MS)联用快速测定生活饮用水中三氯甲烷、1,1–二氯乙烷、苯乙烯等54种挥发性有机物(VOCs)的分析方法。方法水样经吹扫捕集对54种挥发性有机物进行富集,采用气相色谱分离后串联质谱检测。用该方法检测65份北京市城区水样中的54种挥发性有机物,并根据国标限值进行评价。结果 54种挥发性有机物在0.0~20.0μg/L范围内回归方程线性关系良好,r均大于0.995,方法检出限为0.05~1.60μg/L,回收率为68.7%~123.0%,精密度(RSD)为0.5%~12.4%。65份水样中共检出12种挥发性有机物,检出浓度范围为0.05~12.40μg/L,检出率为1%~97%,23种有标准限值的挥发性有机物均符合国标要求。结论该方法操作简便、灵敏、准确、快速,适用于生活饮用水中54种挥发性有机物的测定。北京市城区饮水水质较好,能满足《生活饮用水卫生标准》要求。
        Objective To developed a method for rapid determination of 54 kinds of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) including chloroform, 1, 1-dichloroethane, and styrene in drinking water by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MS) with purge and trap sampling. Methods Totally 54 kinds of VOCs were enriched with purge and trap sampling, then were separated and determined with GC/MS. The concentrations of 54 kinds of VOCs in 65 drinking water samples collected in Beijing city were determined, and the VOCs in the samples were evaluated according to national standard limits.Results All the regression equations showed a good linearity for detections of the 54 VOCs at concentrations ranging from0 μg/L to 20.0 μg/L, with the correlation coefficients of greater than 0.995. The detection limits, recovery rates, and relative standard deviations of the method were within the ranges of 0.05 μg/L–1.6 μg/L, 68.7%–122.3%, and 0.5%–12.4%,respectively. Totally 12 kinds of VOCs were detected in 65 drinking water samples, with the concentrations of 0.05 μg/L –12.4 μg/L and the detection rates of 1%–97%. The results of the detections demonstrated that the concentrations of 23 kinds of VOCs in all of the water samples were all under the limits of national standards. Conclusion The established method is simple, sensitive, convenient, and efficient and it is suitable for the determination of 54 kinds of VOCs in drinking water samples. The concentrations of VOCs in drinking water in urban Beijing meet the national hygiene standards.
