摘要
植物多酚是指广泛存在于植物的果实、皮、根和叶中的多羟基酚类化合物的总称,又称单宁或鞣质。植物多酚作用广泛,具有较高的抗氧化和抗菌活性,可以有效的抑制致龋菌的毒性作用。植物多酚具有优秀的抗龋作用,值得更加深入的研究。
        Plant polyphenol,phenolic compounds which widely exist in plants and fruit,bark,roots and leaves,also known as tannins.Plant polyphenols have a wide range of effects,it has high antioxidant and antimicrobial activity.It can effectively inhibit the toxicity of cariogenic bacteria.Plant polyphenols have excellent anti-caries effect and deserve further study.
