岳仁宋教授桂苓五味甘草汤治疗转气病案体会

摘要
《金匮要略》治疗奔豚病主要是在三方(苓桂术甘汤、奔豚汤、桂枝加桂汤)的基础上加减化裁,从肝郁气火上逆、阳虚水寒上凌两方面辨治,针对以神经官能症、自主神经功能紊乱、癔病、更年期综合征等为主符合相关证机特点的病症。导师在总结前人基础上,辨证运用桂苓五味甘草汤治疗奔豚病亦获得良好疗效,现以该方为基础,简要叙述"奔豚病""痰饮"病机并结合案例简单剖析。
In Jingui Yaolue,prescriptions for treating Bentun disease are mainly changing on the basis of three prescriptions(Linggui Zhugan decoction,Bentun decoction,Guizhi Jiagui decoction). The treatment of Bentun disease is mainly from the two aspects of liver fire on inverse and yang deficiency cold water. For a certain kind of disease,they have the characteristics of pathogenesis characteristics of related diseases such as neurosis,dysfunction of autonomic nerve,hysteria,and menopausal syndrome. On the basis of summing up the experience of others,Professor Yue Rensong uses Guiling Wuwei Gancao decoction in the treatment of Bentun disease,and good results have been achieved. This article is based on this prescription,briefly described pathogenesis of the"bentun disease"and"phlegm and retained fluid"combining with case analysis.
