摘要
目的:制定一个优良规范的中药膏方提取工艺。方法:以黄芪肉桂四物汤煎膏剂为代表方,以出膏率和芍药苷转移率为指标,浸泡温度、浸泡时间、加水量、煎煮时间、煎煮次数为影响因素,采用正交实验法L18(37),多指标综合评分评价代表膏方的最佳提取工艺。提取工艺为从中药饮片至清膏的过程,包括浸泡、煎煮、浓缩。结果:有显著影响的因素依次是煎煮次数>加水量>煎煮时间,最佳提取工艺的有效参数为:12倍水量浸泡60min,浸泡温度30℃,提取3次,每次煎煮90 min。结论:优选的提取工艺稳定可行,可为制备其他膏方和进一步应用提供参考。
        Objective: To develop an optimized and standardized extraction process for preparing herbal paste. Method:With the yield rate of paste and paeoniflorin extraction rate selected as investigational indexes,the extraction process represented by Huangqi Rougui Siwu Decoction decocted extract formula was designed by orthogonal design L18( 37) with multi-index comprehensive method to investigate the effects of influencing factors as soaking temperature,soaking time,adding water volume,decocting time and decocting number on the optimization of extraction process for the representative paste. Extraction process lasted from Chinese medicine decoction pieces to paste process,including soaking,decoction and concentration. Result: The most influencing factor for the decocted extracts yield was decocting number,followed by adding water volume and decocting time. The effective parameters for optimum extraction process was designed as follows: 60 min of soaking time,30℃ of soaking temperature,extraction for three times and 180 min each time. Conclusion: The stability and feasibility of the optimized process provide the direction for furthering application and paste preparation of other decocted agent.
