摘要
福建省厦门市某项目地基为典型的不均匀地基,经多次论证,基础形式拟采用可控刚度桩筏基础,通过桩顶设置不同刚度的变形调节装置调节桩基支承刚度,控制桩筏基础整体沉降差。数值分析结果显示,整块筏板呈典型"碟形"沉降,差异沉降仅1cm,总沉降量与差异沉降控制良好,避免建筑物出现倾斜。区域Ⅰ中地基土承载力得到充分发挥,桩顶反力均满足设计要求,表明本工程可控刚度桩筏基础设计方案合理可行。
        A typical uneven foundation in Xiamen,after many demonstrations,the foundation form is to adopt a controllable stiffness pile-raft foundation,and the deformation support device with different stiffness is set through the top of the pile to adjust the support stiffness of the pile-raft foundation. Control the overall settlement difference of the pile-raft foundation. The numerical analysis results show that the whole raft has a typical "dish-shaped"settlement,and the differential settlement is only 1 cm. The total settlement and differential settlement are well controlled to avoid the tilting of buildings. The bearing capacity of the foundation soil in Zone I is fully exerted,and the reaction force of the pile top meets the design requirements, which indicates the rationality of the design scheme of the controlled pile foundation.
