应用矩阵束算法对电机转子断条故障的检测

摘要
转子断条故障在异步电机故障中是最为常见的故障之一,针对电动机转子断条和偏心故障诊断的问题,提出了一种应用矩阵束算法对电机转子故障进行诊断检测,同时建立了异步电动机空间矢量表达式及模型。矩阵束算法(Matrix Pencil算法,简称M-P算法)是将采集到的电流信号重构成为Hankel矩阵,对信号和噪声进行奇异值分解,对奇异值进行降序排列,并且部分置零处理,确定阶数并消除信号噪声。通过对理想信号和仿真系统进行分析,结果表明M-P算法不仅可以有效地剔除基频成分和对噪声干扰的抑制作用,能够准确地诊断电动机转子断条和偏心故障的故障程度。
        Rotor bar fault is one of the most common faults in asynchronous motor fault. Aiming at the problem of rotor breaking and eccentric fault diagnosis, a matrix beam algorithm is used to diagnose the motor rotor fault, and an asynchronous motor is established Space vector expression and model. Matrix Pencil algorithm(Matrix Pencil algorithm,reerred to as M-P algorithm)is to collect the current signal is reconstructed into Hankel matrix,the signal and noise singular value decomposition,the singular value in descending order,and part of the zero processing to determine the order And eliminate signal noise. By analyzing the ideal signal and simulation system,the results show that the M-P algorithm can effectively eliminate the fundamental frequency component and suppress the noise interference,and can accurately diagnose the fault degree of the rotor and the eccentric fault.
