摘要
幼儿园转岗教师面临较多职业困境,该群体专业发展水平直接影响到幼儿教师队伍的整体发展。笔者借助问卷和访谈的方式,阐述了苏州幼儿园转岗教师的年龄、职称、学历等基本情况,指出转岗教师群体的专业发展困境。针对转岗教师"生存期"专业发展阶段特征显著,专业知识结构有待完善,需转化以学科教学为核心的能力结构等问题,提出了对策与发展建议。
Kindergarten transfer teachers are facing more professional dilemmas. The professional development level of this group directly affects the overall development of the preschool teachers team. With the help of questionnaires and interviews, the author describes the basic conditions of the age, title and education of teachers transferred to Suzhou kindergartens, and points out the professional development dilemma of the transferred teachers. In view of the characteristics of the professional development stage of the "survival period" of the transfer teachers, the need to improve their professional knowledge structure, and the necessity to transform the ability structure with the subject teaching as the core, the paper proposes countermeasures and development suggestions.
