面向全量用户的电力综合业务自助办理终端设计

摘要
为提高电力营业厅的业务办理效率,进一步推进电力智能化,提出一种面向全量用户的综合业务自主办理终端。在本文的开发中,首先对自助办理终端的整体架构进行了设计,然后将系统的功能模块分为业务办理、查缴费和发票打印,并针对以上三个功能模块中的部分功能进行了详细的流程设计。
In order to improve the efficiency of business management in electric power business hall and further promote power intelligence, a kind of integrated service processing terminal for total users is proposed. In the development of this paper, the whole structure of the self-service processing terminal is designed firstly, and then the functional module of the system is divided into business processing, check fee and invoice printing. And according to the above three functional modules of some of the functions of the detailed process design.
