螺虫乙酯·虫螨腈复配悬浮剂高效液相色谱测定方法研究

摘要
采用高效液相色谱分析方法对22%螺虫乙酯·虫螨腈悬浮剂复配进行分析。使用SB-C18色谱柱和DAD检测器,以甲醇-水为流动相。用外标法对有效成分进行分析定量。本方法测得螺虫乙酯和虫螨腈的相关系数为0.9999,标准偏差分别为0.056、0.063,变异系数分别为0.50%、0.57%,平均回收率分别为100.6%、100.8%。
        A method for analysis 22% Spirtetramat-chlorfenapyr SC by HPLC,using a SB-C18 column and a DAD detector, methanol and water as mobile phase, and the effective components were analyzed and quantified with external standard method. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient of spirtetramat-chlorfenapyr were also 0.999,the standard deviations were 0.056 and 0.063, the variation coefficient were 0.50% and 0.57%,the average recovery were 100.6%, 100.8%..
