摘要

工程建设需要以工程管理理论作为理论基础,科学合理的理论可使工程的管理变的更加合理、科学,并且在提高工程质量的基础上能够提高施工方的效益。
        Engineering construction needs to take the theory of engineering management as the theoretical basis,scientific and reasonable theory can make the management of the project more reasonable and scientific,and can improve the efficiency of the construction side on the basis of improving the quality of the project.
