左额颞部脊索瘤样脑膜瘤1例
摘要
目的探讨脊索瘤样脑膜瘤的诊断和治疗方法。方法回顾性分析1例病理确诊为脊索瘤样脑膜瘤患者的相关病例资料,并结合文献分析其诊断及治疗方法。结果经手术全切后,患者入院时的临床症状(头痛、头晕和言语不利等)消失,术后随访半年肿瘤未复发且无特殊临床症状。结论头颅磁共振成像(MRI)对明确脊索瘤样脑膜瘤的诊断上有重要意义,最终确诊以病理学检查为金标准。全切手术是目前首选的治疗方法。
