摘要
采用石墨消解仪对土壤样品进行了消解,并用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了土壤中铜和锌的含量。结果表明:石墨消解仪具有自动加液、加热均匀、批处理量大且无需人员值守等特点,通过准确度试验和精密度试验,实验结果均能达到实验室质控要求。
        The soil samples were digested by graphite digestion device. Copper and zinc were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Graphite digestion device has the characteristics of automatic liquid addition, uniform heating, large batch processing and no need for personnel guarding. Through accuracy test and precision test, experimental results can meet the requirements of laboratory quality control.
