摘要
以贵州省某地铝土矿中黄铁矿为研究对象,对药剂制度、工艺流程等进行了浮选试验研究。原矿经1次粗选1次扫选1次精选浮黄铁矿闭路试验,有效实现了硫铝分离,最终技术指标为:硫精矿中硫品位28.77%、回收率81.67%;尾矿中氧化铝品位69.52%、氧化铝回收率97.70%,硫品位仅0.29%,为后续拜耳法试验创造了有利条件。
        The flotation tests were conducted on the pyrite in a bauxite in Guizhou with the reagent regime,process and others.The separation of sulphur and aluminum was effectively realized by the closed circuit test with one roughing,one scavenging and one cleaning.The final technical index was that the grade of sulfur is 28.77% and the recovery rate of sulfur is 81.67% in the sulfur concentrate,the grade of alumina is 69.52%,the recovery rate of alumina is 97.70%and the grade of sulfur is only 0.29%in the tailings,which has created favorable conditions for the subsequent Bayer process test.
