摘要
拜耳-烧结串联法生产氧化铝是拜耳法、烧结法及混联法生产氧化铝之外的新方法,它既解决了拜耳法处理低品位一水硬铝石碱耗高、氧化铝回收率低的不足,又解决了烧结法和混联法能耗高、产量低的弊端,为处理我国中西部地区的低品位一水硬铝石开辟了一条新途径。笔者一直从事该生产线的调试维修工作,从中积累了大量经验,与同行业者分享。
        Bayer-sintering series process is a new method besides Bayer process,sintering process and mixing process to produce alumina.It not only solves the shortcomings of Bayer process in treating low-grade diaspore with high alkali consumption and low alumina recovery,but also solves the shortcomings of sintering process and mixing process with high energy consumption and low output.Low-grade diaspore in the central and western regions has opened up a new way.The author has been engaged in the commissioning and maintenance of the production line,from which a lot of experience has been accumulated and shared with the industry.
