摘要
航空发动机在其研制过程中依赖大量的试验验证,许多试验都依赖露天试车台,露天试验易受环境风的影响。普惠公司露天试车台配有进气导管用于降低环境风对露天试验的影响,国内露天试车台也配备了进气导管。为研究进气导管对环境风的导流作用,利用Fluent软件,对环境风下进气导管进行了数值模拟,并以周向稳态总压畸变指数作为进气导管导流效果的评价指标,对计算结果进行分析,为国内露天试车台进气导管的使用提供技术支持。
Aero-engine depends a lot of experimental verification in it′s development process,many test verification depends on open-air test bed.The open-air test is easy to be affected by the wind.The open-air test bed of Pratt & Whitney Group is equipped with intake-air duct to reduce the influence of ambient wind on the open-air test.The open-air test bed of China is also equipped with intake-air duct.In order to study the diversion effect of intake-air duct under ambient wind,the Fluent software is used to simulate the intake-air duct under ambient wind in this paper,and the circumferential steady total pressure distortion coefficient is used as an evaluation index for the diversion effect of the intake-air duct,the calculation results are analyzed to provide technical supports for the use of the intake-air duct in open-air test bed of China.
