混合式教学在成人高等教育中的实践与探索

摘要
随着学习型社会和终身教育理念的逐步确立,在信息化带动教育现代化的大背景下,成人教学理念和教学方法需要不断发展、改革,以满足新形式下的成人教育教学。针对当前成人高等教育师资下派、面授组织难以及成人学习者的工学矛盾等现状,文章从混合式教学模式提出的依据出发,针对西北大学继续教育学院2015年以来开展的线上线下混合式教学实践,详细分析了混合式教学模式下改革的内容、教学方案的构建、教学效果及启示。实践证明,线上教学是传统面对面教学的有益补充和有效延伸,混合式教学模式应用于成人高等教育具有诸多优势,是当前成人高等教育改革和发展的必然趋势。
With the gradual establishment of the learning society and the concept of lifelong education, and the background of informationization to promote education modernization, adult teaching concepts and teaching methods need to be continuously developed and reformed to meet the adult education in the new form. Currently, adult higher education is faced with many difficulties in teachers-sending, face-to-face organization, and the contradictions of working and learning for adult learners. On the basis of the blended learning mode and the online and offline blended learning practice in the Continuing Education Institute of Northwest University since 2015,this paper analyzes the content of the reform, the construction of the teaching plan, the teaching effect and the enlightenment of the blended learning mode. Practice has proved that online teaching is a useful supplement and effective extension of traditional face-to-face teaching. The blended learning mode has many advantages in adult higher education, which is an inevitable trend of the current adult higher education reform and development.
