摘要
市场上存在两种具有竞争关系的产品:新产品和再制造产品。假设消费者对低碳产品存在购买偏好,且制造型企业可选择是否实施低碳减排战略。文章研究由单个制造商与单个零售商构成的两级供应链模型,通过建立报童模型,探讨零售商最佳订货数量和制造商最佳碳排放水平的问题。研究发现,当新产品和再制造产品的总碳排放量处于不同水平时,制造商选择不同的减排战略。为了提高低碳减排的积极性,设计了供应链收益共享契约机制,实现帕累托改进。
        There are new products and remanufactured products in the market, and there is a competitive relationship between new products and remanufactured products. In the case where consumers prefer to low carbon products and the manufacturer reduces its carbon emissions voluntarily, the questions of how to determine the optimum order quantity of products and in which situation the manufacturer should choose to reduce carbon emission are investigated. It can be found that when the total carbon emissions from new and remanufactured products are at different levels, manufacturers choose different emission reduction strategies. In order to improve the initiative of reducing carbon emissions, a revenue-sharing contract for coordinating the supply chain is designed. With this contract, both the manufacturer and the retailer achieve the Pareto improvement.
