摘要

网格化综合服务是现代供电服务体系的一部分,是营配末端融合的重要体现。首先阐述了网格化综合服务的发展过程,然后分别从供电企业的内部和外部形势,阐述网格化综合服务发展的必要性,从人员配置、队伍管理、业务平台、考核评价、数据贯通等方面详细说明网格化综合发展的制约因素,从网格划分、协同配合、服务模式详细说明网格化综合服务的模式,并进行了近期和远景目标分析:构建网格化综合服务体系,破除营配专业壁垒,提升运营效率效益和供电优质服务质量,进而达到建设现代能源服务体系的目的。
        Power grid integrated service is a part of modern electricity supply service system, and an important manifestation of the integration between electricity market and power distribution. This paper firstly explains the development process of power grid integrated service, secondly expounds the necessity of its development from internal and external situation of power supply company, elaborates the constraints of development from the aspects of staffing, team management, business platform,evaluation, data sharing, then the mode of grid integrated service is explained in detail from grid partition, collaboration and service mode, finally the short-term and long-term objectives are analyzed: build a grid integrated service system, break down professional barriers, improve operational efficiency, the quality of power supply, and then achieve the goal of building a modern energy service system.
